Bryan's Notes
The Look:
- dark, cola color
- small head disappears quickly leaving barely a thin ring
The Aroma:
- oddly enticing aroma of something like smoke, tar, licorice
The Taste:
- interesting sweet/sour mix, hate to say it, almost like sourpatch kid candy
The Verdict: Very different impressions from the aroma into the taste. This whole variety case has me wondering about the age of it. River Horse does decent beers, but this case of variety brews has been barely average.

Adam's Notes
The Look:
- deep dark copper
The Aroma:
- uh..not too much really
The Taste:
- roasty malt
- kinda bitter
- kinda sweet
The Verdict: Ok, maybe I shouldn't have reviewed three River Horse's in one night. This one is well not really that good either. It doesn't know what it wants to be.
