This event rocked last year, so I'm glad to plug here again this year. Details courtesy of Patrick Jones of Triumph in Old City Philadelphia. He may provide some more details before next weekend, but even if not...take my word based on last year (seriously, read that...it's a fine piece of writing if I do say so!) that it will be worth your mouth-puckering time.
Funkfest on April 25th. Here are the breweries that are confirmed:
Dock Street
Dogfish Head
Earth Bread + Brewery
Fegley's/Bethlehem BrewWorks
General Lafayette
Iron Hill Maple Shade
Iron Hill North Wales
Iron Hill Phoenixville
Iron Hill West Chester
Manayunk
Nodding Head
Triumph Philly
Triumph Princeton
Victory
Yards
At least 4 more are still maybes at this point. Also, some of the confirmed breweries have more than one beer to offer. I will say that the current line-up is better than ever. It includes beers that I was unable to procure a year ago.

Bryan,
Do you know if this will be a ticketed event or just show up?
just show up and pay as you go (PAYG)
What time is this? (Can't find details on the triumph site)
12-8pm
This was a decent time, but there did not seem to be any Yards, Victory, Manayunk, or General Lafayette beers there.
My favorite beer was the Iron Hill (forget which location)'s "Self Titled" funk IPA.
Well, perhaps that lessens the blow a bit for me. Life pulled me in another direction this weekend and I never made it into Old City. Considering I'd been to Iron Hill's Beer Dinner in West Chester on Friday (all wood-aged beers, a few funky ones) might have helped as well.
Self-Titled (s/t), btw, was West Chester's.
Here's a pic I took of the chalkboard, apologies for being sideways:
