The Brewing Experience: Sharing
From that point on I needed to share this with everybody! I shared it with my Dad and he liked it. I shared it at a party and found a fan. Of course some people swallowed and said, "It's really too dark for me." That was fine I knew not everybody would like it.
That was the first time I brewed the Altbier. It's still my favorite to brew. That's why my latest batch was a big disappointment. Note to self. Don't ferment at 80 degrees. At least I think that was the problem. (shrug)
